RHS Harlow Carr is inviting families to explore a brand new brick-built adventure when its summer holiday trail opens this weekend.
The garden's new Brick Explorers experience launches on Saturday (18th July), with visitors able to discover a series of sculptures created from hundreds of thousands of Lego-like bricks.
The interactive trail is inspired by the plants, animals and fungi that call gardens home, with families encouraged to pick up an activity booklet filled with facts, challenges and activities as they make their way around the route.
Alongside the trail, visitors can also take part in the Brick Explorers Build Station, where children can help transform a grey city into a colourful, nature-filled place by building mini gardens and creating wildlife habitats from bricks.
The build sessions will run Monday to Friday from 20th July until 4th September, with sessions taking place at 10am, 11am, 2pm and 3pm.
The sessions cost £2 per person, are suitable for children aged four and over accompanied by an adult, and places are limited.
