Althams Travel, an independent travel agent, is now hiring staff for its new branch. It will be taking over Unit 6 of Victoria Shopping Centre, which was previous occupied by Jessops photography shop. Recruitment has started for a branch manager, an assistant and two travel consultants. Althams Travel has 31 branches across Lancashire, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. It dates back to 1874.
