Little Bird markets to celebrate 5th birthday in Ripon this weekend A special Little Bird market will be held in Ripon this weekend to celebrate five years since it all began. Organised by Little Bird Made, the markets are held across the region to offer products from a range of local businesses. The artisan markets began in 2018 in Ripon, where creator Jackie Crozier is from, and have since held events in Harrogate’s Valley Gardens and at Knaresborough Castle. And on Sunday (22nd October), the markets will be celebrating their fifth birthday. The markets are all specially curated to bring together a wide variety of stalls to appeal to all ages and needs, with a mixture of new and regular traders each month. Items available for visitors include art, photography, clothing, homeware and fragrance, skin and body care, accessories, jewellery, toys and pet treats, alongside plenty of food and drink options. Creator of Little Bird Made, Jackie Crozier, said:
“We provide opportunities not only for our customers to meet the faces behind the products, but for traders to meet the people who want to buy what they create. “It’s shopping the old-fashioned way.”Find out more about Little Bird Made and its upcoming artisan markets here.
