The train operator launched its Flash Sale earlier in the week, offering discounts on five million tickets across the North of England. This included the network between York and Leeds via Harrogate, incorporating stops at Knaresborough, Starbeck and Horsforth. And the sale is coming to an end at 6pm this evening (Friday) - with £1 tickets from Harrogate to Leeds still available. Mark Powles, commercial and customer director at Northern, said:
“As another ‘Flash Sale’ draws to a close, we’re delighted to have given millions of customers across the North of England the chance to make the moments that matter happen.”Journeys that have been amongst the most popular during the sale include Hull to Leeds; Leeds to York and Scarborough to Hull.
