A popular HYROX simulation event is returning to Harrogate this weekend.
The event, organised by DM Fitness, takes place on Sunday (7th June) and is designed to replicate the format and challenge of an official HYROX competition.
In pairs, participants will tackle the signature combination of functional fitness workouts and running that has made HYROX one of the world's fastest-growing fitness races.

The event, back for a sixth instalment, is suitable for both experienced competitors preparing for upcoming races and newcomers looking to experience the format for the first time.
Organiser Dave Millea said:
“[It’s] another pairs event with a different workout and hopefully plenty of sunshine.
“Be prepared to test and push yourselves in a friendly atmosphere with a slight competitive edge.”
HYROX combines eight one-kilometre runs with eight functional workout stations, including exercises such as rowing, ski erg, sled pushes and wall balls.
The event will run from 9am-12pm on Sunday from Unit 9 on Harrogate West Business Park.
