The studio on James Street is inviting visitors next weekend on 13th and 14th January. A choice of 15 free 30 minute taster sessions are available, running from 12:15pm on Saturday through to 4pm on Sunday. Open to complete beginners or those who are already an enthusiast, experienced teachers will introduce Flow and Yin yoga as well as Pilates sessions including those using reformer apparatus.
