WellSpring Therapy and Training are hosting a Dress Green day to advocate for World Mental Health Day on 10th October.
This year's theme for World Mental Health Day is prioritising mental health in the workplace.
According to the ONS on 2022 the 5th most common reason for sickness absence in the UK was mental health and back in 2017 it was estimated that 15% of UK workers have an existing mental health condition.
To join WellSpring's #DressGreenDay all you have to do is:
1 – Find your green outfit.
This could be one green item, or going all out head to toe with green accessories!
You could even get creative and throw a green party, green lunch or anything green themed!
2 – Spread the word!
Tell everyone what you’re doing and why. Maybe you could gather a team of friends, work colleagues or your school to join in too.
Download their poster to share with colleagues in the workplace or in school.

Follow their social to share (@wellspringtherapyandtraining) – and tag them at #DressGreen.
3 – Get ready and #DressGreen on 10th October!
You can donate to their cause here.
Or, you can also create your own #DressGreen giving page on JustGiving that is linked to Wellspring.
WellSpring Therapy and Training provide affordable, psychological support to people in distress and promote mental health through education and training.
They provide therapy for adults and young people across the district.
