A bookshop in the Harrogate district has been included in what's been billed as the "ultimate" slow-travel guide for book-lovers.
Louise Boland’s Bookshop Tours of Britain has listed some of the UK’s best bookshops.
It’s now in its fourth edition and features 20 bookshop tours - and Paper People Books in Pateley Bridge has been included.
Paper People Books is one of just four in North Yorkshire to make the list, alongside shops in York, Selby and Leyburn.

Louise Roland has compiled the last based on her own tour and extensive bookshop knowledge.
The new edition of her guide features 60 new bookshops and tours for readers to explore, including several across Yorkshire.
The tours include visits to various beaches, castles and stately homes up and down the UK.
There’s also visits to some of Britain’s most-loved historic writers, as well as some of the most interest bookshops.
Speaking about Paper People Books, Visit Harrogate said:
“A unique and inspiring bookshop, not quite what you expect!
“Three rooms filled with a huge selection of books, games and gifts for all ages.
“The 'secret' room hidden away is dedicated to children and needs some work to even get through the many doors.”
Bookshop Tours of Britain is now on sale online and within bookshops as of today (31st October), priced at £19.99.
