Thousands are set to descend on the Great Yorkshire Showground this Saturday (15th August) as Symphonic Ibiza arrives in Harrogate.
The open-air concert will feature the 40-piece Symphonic Ibiza Orchestra alongside special guests Heather Small, Rebecca Ferguson MBE and Alison Limerick.
Vernon Kay will also bring his BBC Radio 2 Dance Sounds of the 90s Live Tour to Harrogate, with Alex Bowen providing the warm-up DJ set.
With final tickets still available, here's everything you need to know if you're heading along.
What time does it start?
Gates will open at 5.15pm, with Alex Bowen's DJ set running from 5.45pm until 6.40pm.
Vernon Kay will take over from 6.45pm until 8.15pm, before the Symphonic Ibiza main show runs from 8.30pm until approximately 10.15pm.
Last entry to the event is at 8.15pm, with concertgoers encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking, walking to the arena and security checks.
What about the weather?
The latest forecast is looking promising for an outdoor concert, with temperatures expected to reach around 22°C during Saturday afternoon.
Temperatures are currently forecast to be around 22°C when the gates open, falling to approximately 17°C by 9pm and 16°C towards the end of the show.
Concertgoers are advised to bring an extra layer for later in the evening.
Can I bring a chair?
Yes. Picnic rugs and low fold-up chairs are permitted in designated areas of both General Admission and the Pol Roger VIP Garden.
They cannot be used immediately in front of the stage or in busy standing areas.
Comfortable footwear is also recommended as the concert takes place on the grass arena.
Can I bring food and drink?
Outside food and drink, including alcohol, cannot be brought into the venue.
A range of food traders and bars will operate across the site, while free drinking water will be available.
The event is card-only for food and drink purchases.
Where do I park?
Free event parking is available at the Great Yorkshire Showground.
Drivers should approach via Railway Road from Wetherby Road, turning at the Sainsbury's traffic lights, before following temporary event signs and instructions from stewards.
Organisers recommend following event signage rather than relying solely on sat-nav when approaching the Showground.
What about taxis and drop-offs?
A dedicated drop-off area will operate near Blue Gate.
Cars and taxis should approach via Railway Road from Wetherby Road and will then be directed to the appropriate area.
The same approach should be used for collections after the concert, with drivers directed to the Blue Gate Pick-Up Area.
Where is the pedestrian entrance?
Anyone walking to the concert should enter via Hookstone Trail, close to St John Fisher Catholic High School and opposite Oatlands Drive.
There will be no pedestrian entrance from Wetherby Road.
After the concert, an additional pedestrian exit will be available through Pavilions of Harrogate onto Wetherby Road, although this cannot be used to enter the event.
What about public transport?
The 7, 8 and S8 bus services stop within around a five to ten-minute walk of the venue.
Hornbeam Park and Harrogate are the closest railway stations, with concertgoers advised to check return journey times before travelling.
What can I bring?
Small bags no larger than A4 size are permitted and will be subject to security checks.
Prohibited items include outside food and drink, alcohol, large bags, flares, fireworks, smoke devices, laser pens, drones and weapons.
Are there any age restrictions?
The concert is open to all ages, although organisers recommend it as most suitable for those aged 14 and over.
Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over and every attendee requires a valid ticket.
There will be no re-entry once someone leaves the event.
Professional medical teams will be on site, while accessible parking, toilets and a limited number of wheelchair spaces will be available.
Can I still get tickets?
Subject to availability, tickets will remain on sale through the Harrogate Theatre Box Office until 7pm on Saturday.
An onsite Box Office at Blue Gate will also be open from 5pm until 8pm, where a limited number of walk-up tickets may be available.
Please note that not all ticket types may be available on the day, with a number of areas now quickly approaching capacity.
