easyJet has launched a new service to Geneva from Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA), which took to the skies for its first flight on Saturday (18th January).
The new route adds another European destination to the airport’s winter offering, building on the success of its popular new Paris service.
easyJet said travellers can now enjoy a "convenient and affordable" connection to Geneva in Switzerland, opening the door to a "wealth of travel opportunities" across Europe.

Geneva is not only renowned as the gateway to the French and Swiss Alps - ideal for winter sports enthusiasts - but is also compact enough to explore on foot as a city break.
Flights will operate between 18th January until 23rd February, with the first two flights in January operating on a Saturday, before moving to a Sunday for February:
Tom Holdsworth, Aviation Development Manager, Leeds Bradford Airport said:
“We’re excited to offer another fantastic easyJet route from Leeds Bradford Airport.
“The Geneva connection provides our passengers with a fantastic new option for both winter sports enthusiasts and those looking to explore a dynamic, culturally rich city.”

Ali Gayward, easyJet’s UK Country Manager, said:
“It’s great to see our fantastic new service from Leeds Bradford Airport to Geneva this winter, taking off for the first time.
“Now we can offer our customers in the region even more choice and connectivity whether they are travelling for leisure to enjoy a cultural city break, or for business.
“And with fares available from just £23.99 and savings on package holidays with the Big Orange Sale, there is fantastic value on offer for everyone.”
Flights are now available to book via www.easyJet.com from as little as £32.99 per person.
