TV chef Ainsley Harriott is set to visit Harrogate later this month as part of a five-day tour of Morrisons stores across the North.
The popular TV personality will meet shoppers at Morrisons Starbeck on Hookstone Chase from approximately 2pm until 4pm on Monday 17th August.
The visit is part of Ainsley Foods' 'Where's Ainsley?' campaign, which will see him travel to nine Morrisons stores across Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
Shoppers will be able to meet Ainsley, enjoy free samples from his couscous range and pick up recipe inspiration.
One lucky customer at each store will also receive a £100 Morrisons voucher, while additional Ainsley Foods goody bags will be handed out throughout the day.
Ainsley Harriott said:
"I'm looking forward to getting out and meeting shoppers in Yorkshire, Manchester and Lancashire.
"There's nothing better than chatting about food, sharing a few recipe ideas and hopefully putting a smile on people's faces.
"Come along, say hello, try our delicious couscous and who knows... you might even leave with a little surprise!"
Alongside the supermarket tour, Ainsley Foods Company will donate £3,000 worth of food in each of the three regions visited, supporting charities backed by Morrisons.
Mike Benton, Managing Director at Ainsley Foods Company, added:
"We're passionate about bringing people together through great food, and we're delighted to be supporting local communities alongside our Where's Ainsley tour.
"By donating £3,000 worth of food in each region we visit, we hope to make a meaningful contribution to the fantastic food banks and community organisations making a difference every day."
Before arriving in Harrogate, Ainsley will visit Morrisons Foss Islands Road in York from 11am until 1pm on the same day.
Appearance times are approximate and may be subject to change.
