Police are appealing for witnesses following the death of an 88 year old woman.
The incident took place on St Winifred’s Road at around 11.35am on Sunday, 31 May 2026.
It involved a silver Toyota Yaris and a black Tesla that was parked in the road.
Sadly, the 88-year-old driver of the Yaris passed away following the collision.
Her family have been informed.
Anyone who witnessed the incident and has not yet spoken to police, should get in touch with anyone who may have dashcam footage of the collision or moments leading up to it, or the silver Yaris prior to the collision.
