Does something feel new around here? We at Your Harrogate are delighted to bring you our new website and app!
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes with one of the biggest digital companies in the world to create an even better experience for our listeners who come to us for competitions, vouchers and free local news.
Our new website aims to be more user-friendly, visually pleasing and accessible than ever before, giving you access to the content that you want to see from your local radio station.
We’re also unveiling our new and improved Your Harrogate app - which is also free - with even better ways for listeners to interact with us.
There’s no need to download a new app to your device… if you already had it, just click ‘update!’
The new app means we can send ‘push notifications’ to our audience with breaking local news, real time travel news, competitions and vouchers.
And we’re also more contactable than ever before, with listeners able to send us a message, image or voice recording at the press of a button.
Nick Hancock, Content Director at Your Harrogate, said:
“We’ve seen this week how much the community wants free local news, so our new website and app will help people in Harrogate stay in touch!”
