The Range officially opened its doors in Harrogate today (Friday).
The new store opened on Plumpton Park at 9am, with customers queueing to enter the store that has replaced Homebase.
The site has undergone a transformation with customers promised a “fresh shopping experience.”
It's set to combine The Range's renowned product variety with the home improvement expertise of Homebase, which features a ‘Garden Centres by Homebase’ at the rear of the store.



Homebase entered administration in January and announced it's Harrogate store was set to be rebranded.
CDS Superstores, the parent company of The Range, Wilko and Homebase, is in the process of transforming up to 70 former Homebase stores into the new format nationwide.
