A stunning new serviced office space is set to open at Copthall Bridge House in Harrogate later this year.
Launching in November 2024, the newly refurbished facility will offer “cutting-edge design” and “world-class amenities.”
The three-floor building on Station Bridge will offer 1,751sqm of office space.

It’s being presented by WorkWell Offices, a Leeds-based office solutions company.
Oliver Corrigan, Managing Director of WorkWell, said:
“Our investment reflects our commitment to supporting the growth of businesses in the local area by providing them with top-tier facilities and a vibrant community to thrive in.
“As a family business founded by my father, I am dedicated to maintaining our legacy of investing in Yorkshire.”
