The esteemed AA Hospitality Awards are a celebration of the epitome of excellence within the hospitality industry. This year's ceremony was held at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London on Monday (25th September) and hosted by presenter Claudia Winkleman. Shaun Rankin said:
