A newly established counselling service has launched in Harrogate, offering support both locally and across the UK.
Tracy Ward Counselling has been set up by lifelong local Tracy Ward, providing one-to-one sessions for adults aged 18 and over.
The service offers face-to-face appointments in Harrogate as well as online sessions nationwide.
Tracy is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and holds a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from York St John University.
She has worked with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including bereavement, relationship issues and anxiety.
Tracy’s approach focuses on self-development in the ‘here and now’, aiming to create a supportive and trustworthy space for clients to explore their concerns and work towards personal insight and growth.
She offers a free 15-minute phone call for those interested in finding out more about counselling and whether it may be right for them. Sessions cost £65 for one hour and are available Monday to Friday.
Tracy Ward said:
“You may feel that you need support or that you have lost your peace - I want you to know that I am here for you."
She added:
“Before training as a counsellor, I worked in various roles over the years but was left feeling like I wanted more from life. I wanted a role where I could support others in their time of need and have a genuinely positive impact.
"My dream of running my own counselling practice is a blessing and I can truly say that it is a privilege to work with so many clients from all walks of life.”
