Man wanted for stalking and harassment believed to be in Harrogate or Ripon areas North Yorkshire Police have launched an appeal to locate a wanted man who is believed to be in the Harrogate or Ripon area. Lee Harpin, 38, of no fixed address is wanted in connection with a number of offences including stalking and harassment. Any immediate sightings of Lee or people who know where he currently is should call police on 999. A police spokesperson said:
"We have carried out extensive enquiries to locate him and are now appealing to anyone who has seen him or knows where he is now to get in touch.
