A boutique wellness business is offering treaments in Harrogate this April.
Luan Barlow, founder of Contouré & Co, is offering specialised body contouring treatments aimed at supporting women experiencing issues such as bloating and fluid retention.
Her treatments begin officially on 1st April.
Contouré & Co focuses on Brazilian lymphatic sculpting and body contouring, working primarily with clients who already follow active and health-conscious lifestyles but may still experience symptoms such as puffiness or discomfort.
She uses what it describes as the “Contouré Method”, a structured approach combining lymphatic stimulation techniques with body contouring.
According to the business, the treatments are designed to support the body’s natural drainage processes while also aiming to refine body shape over time.
The service is offered as a series of sessions rather than a one-off treatment, with the intention of providing a more consistent approach to body care.
Luan shared why these treatments can be so beneficial:
“Having experienced ongoing bloating and food intolerances myself, I understand how frustrating it can feel to be doing everything right and still not feel at ease in your own body.
“What I offer now is an extension of that journey a space where women can feel supported and guided through a treatment approach that is both results-driven and respectful of the body.”
Luan will be offering sculpt sessions from 1st April, every Wednesday at Body By Betsy Pilates Studio, alongside private sculpt sessions across Harrogate.
