Kitchen retailer Magnet has officially opened its new showroom in Harrogate town centre.
The store opened its doors on Albert Street today (Tuesday 25th August), following the relocation of Magnet’s Harrogate branch from Plantation House on Ripon Road.
Mayor of Harrogate Councillor Viv Poskitt attended the official opening alongside members of the showroom team.

The new store features a range of kitchen displays and storage solutions, with free design appointments available for customers planning a new kitchen.
The Harrogate team is led by Store Manager Michael Higgins, alongside kitchen designers Jonathan Warner and Robert Goldsbrough and Trade Sales representative Tom Newton.
The store will be having an open day on 5th September, featuring live cooking demonstrations in their NEFF kitchen, and demonstrations from local tea brewing experts from True Tea.

Bringing some Harrogate heritage into the store, Magnet have fitted a 'tea nook', from which visitors can win a years supply of tea and other goodies throughout the day.
Chief Executive of Magnet, Sophie Rose, who attended the Harrogate opening, said:
"We've been in Harrogate or over 100 years so our heritage in the North is very very strong.
"What we've created here is a beautiful small store format that's really intimate. It's a really creative space to work with the designer.
"We welcome everybody, even if you're not quite sure whether you're buying a kitchen yet, come on in and have a look. We hope to inspire everyone that comes through the door"
Magnet has more than 150 showrooms across the UK, including other Yorkshire branches in Guiseley, Bingley and Skipton.
