6 year old Esther from Knaresborough has decided to chop off her curly locks.
Her hair will go towards a wig for children with cancer or Alopecia.
The chop will take place next week at the head office of Cloud Nine who are supporters of the charity and will be cutting Esther's hair.
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
Each wig costs the charity approximately £700 to make & along with 2 fittings the average cost to give someone a wig is nearly £1000.
Esther's target is £1000 to make sure at least one child or young person can get the wig they want and to give them a new level of confidence.
She has already raised £1200 but every little bit more helps to give another child the help they need.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
If you would like to support Esther and donate, you can donate on her Just Giving page here.
