Harrogate Estate Agents Verity Frearson have scooped double gold at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards in London.

The EA Masters event is the biggest estate agency leadership conference, exhibition and awards ceremony in the UK with over 1,500 of the leading estate and letting agents and suppliers from across the UK attending.

Each year, the awards recognise the top talent in the estate agency sector, assessing 15,000 estate and letting agencies across the country.

And Verity Frearson won the Best Agent Guide Award for Sales and Lettings.

Matthew Stamford, Managing director at Verity Frearson said:

“We are absolutely thrilled to have won the Best Agent Guide Award for Sales and Lettings.

"The Best Agent Guide is produced by the Property Academy, supported by onthemarket.com, and is by far the largest and most comprehensive awards scheme in UK Estate Agency.

"Winning this puts us in the top 3% of agents in the UK!”

Verity Frearson Directors Matthew Stamford and James Verity attended the glittering event held at Battersea Park in London yesterday (4th November).

James Verity, fellow director of the firm, added:

“Matthew and I were incredibly proud to collect the awards on behalf of our absolutely fantastic team.

"The fact that we have achieved this accolade for six years in a row now is a testament to all their hard work and dedication to the company and we can’t thank them enough.”

The awards were hosted by TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher.

A spokesperson for the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards said:

“The Best Estate Agent Guide Awards is the only award that agents don’t pay to enter.

“That, combined with the fact that every agent in the country is assessed against the same performance criteria, is what makes a Best Estate Agent Guide Award such a trustworthy marque of distinction for sellers and landlords.”
