Harrogate BID are inviting local businesses to take part in the annual Christmas Shop Window Competition.
Entries open for Harrogate's Christmas shop window competition Entries are now open for the annual Harrogate Christmas shop window competition. Organised by Harrogate BID, the competition is now in its fourth year and aims to promote town centre shopping, whilst also broadcasting the ‘shop local’ message in the run up to Christmas. Last year the overall winner of the competition was Weetons. And this year, judges are looking for illumination, innovation and ‘spirit of Christmas.’ [caption id="attachment_83261" align="aligncenter" width="1024"] Helen James Florist and Richard Grafton Interiors have taken part in recent years.[/caption] The competition has three categories: large retailer, medium retailer and small retailer. Entries must be submitted by Friday 24th November, with judging taking place on Thursday 30th November. An awards ceremony will then take place on 7th December to name the winners.
