A unique job vacancy has opened up at Harrogate Town.
The club is looking to hire someone to take on the role of ‘Harry Gator’ - Town’s lovable alligator mascot - on matchdays.
The new hire will be tasked with performing as the mascot at all home games, including engaging with fans before and after matches.
They’ll also need to participate in on-field activities, halftime shows and other entertainment segments.
Speaking about the attributes required to play Harry Gator, the club said the individual will need a “high energy personality”, a “positive enthusiastic attitude” and will need to be both “professional” and “trustworthy.”
