A charity dog walk is set to be held in Harrogate next month.
Pooches and their owners will meet at Valley Gardens for a large walk to fundraise for Victor’s Ark - an animal rescue organisation.
The event will be held on Sunday 22nd September from 10am, with participants set to walk through the Pinewoods and Brik Crag.
Organiser Michelle Henson said:
“Animal charities are my passion and after recently adopting my dog Beryl from Viktor’s Ark Rescue, I wanted to help raise funds for them to continue their amazing work of rescuing dogs and cats from the streets of Macedonia.”
Dogs are charged at £12 each and £6 for additional dogs. They must stay on a lead at all times during the walk.
Pooches will walk away with a goody bag containing a bowtie, bandana and treats.
To take part, interested dog owners should contact Michelle on via email: Michellehennon8@gmail.com

Michelle is a regular supporter of animal rescue centres both local and abroad.
She’s also set to host a charity ball, drag night and an afternoon tea to raise vital funds for animal charities in the coming months.
