Harrogate Theatre's Christmas pantomime of Dick Whittington starts tomorrow - and weekend tickets are almost sold out until January.
Weekend tickets almost sold out for Harrogate Theatre's Christmas pantomime Harrogate Theatre’s annual Christmas pantomime is selling out fast ahead of its opening day tomorrow (Wednesday). This year’s popular family pantomime will be Dick Whittington, running until Sunday 14th January 2024. The production will see the return of panto favourites Tim Stedman as Idle Jack and Michael Lambourne as the evil King Rat. But ahead of the first show tomorrow, Harrogate Theatre has announced that all weekend shows are almost sold out until January - other than this weekend. A spokesperson said:
“This Saturday and Sunday is the last weekend before January where there are still great seats available. “Our December shows are jam-packed so don’t delay in booking your tickets!”This year’s pantomime will feature two local actors, Naail Ishaq and Faye Weerasinghe, to play Dick Whittington and Alice Fitzwarren. Having met at St Aidan’s High School, this will be the first time they appear on the Harrogate Theatre stage together. Dick Whittington opens on 22nd November and runs through to 14th January 2024.
