Spire Harrogate Clinic earns top housekeeping award

Spire Harrogate Clinic has achieved a Gold CAP Award.

Spire Harrogate Clinic has been recognised for its high standards of cleanliness after achieving its first Gold CAP Award.

The Hornbeam Park clinic received the accolade following an unannounced inspection as part of the Continuous Advancement Programme (CAP) for Housekeeping.

The internationally recognised accreditation assesses the quality of housekeeping, patient experience and service delivery, with inspectors reviewing the clinic's environment, teamwork and overall culture.

Tim Cook, General Manager at Spire Harrogate Clinic, said:

"This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of our Housekeeping Team, who consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the clinic.

"Providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients and colleagues is a top priority, and this recognition highlights the team's commitment to delivering excellence every day.

"I would like to thank and congratulate everyone involved in achieving this fantastic award."

The Gold CAP Award is the latest milestone for the outpatient clinic, recognising its commitment to providing a safe, clean and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.
