Bodycare, on Cambridge Street in Harrogate, will finally be closing its doors after being one of the 56 stores to survive the first round of closures earlier this month.
The high street beauty chain collapsed into administration last month and closed 30 of its stores.
A shortage of stock and the cost of running stores meant it was no longer viable to keep its 115 stores open, administrators said at the time.
The latest round of closures, including that of the Harrogate store, will result in 444 redundancies, according to administrators.
Bodycare specialised in selling fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics and skincare products and was founded on a Lancashire market stall more than half a century ago. It employed about 1,500 people.
