Harrogate families can now enjoy a new interactive Shaun the Sheep walking experience in Valley Gardens.
The initiative is part of a collaboration between Yorkshire outdoor clothing brand TOG24 and the walking app Go Jauntly, which have created seven themed family walks across the UK.
The Harrogate route spans approximately 4.5 kilometres, starting at Harrogate railway station and winding through the town’s green spaces towards the Grade II listed Valley Gardens.
Along the way, families can use the free Go Jauntly app to follow clues and spot virtual appearances from the much-loved Aardman character.

The interactive trail aims to encourage children and parents to explore nature together while adding a playful twist to a traditional walk.
The route also highlights some of Harrogate’s attractions, including the Pinewoods, the Mercer Gallery, and The Royal Pump Room Museum and offers a step-free option suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
The launch coincides with the upcoming half-term break and is designed to inspire more families to get outdoors.
Participants can also enter a competition to win items from the new TOG24 x Shaun the Sheep clothing range, featuring colourful, weather-ready designs for young adventurers.
More details and the full trail are available through the Go Jauntly app at www.gojauntly.com.
