A festive event is coming to Harrogate this December, featuring one of the country's leading impersonators of The Grinch.
The Yorkshire Grinch will be stopping off at Santa's Christmas Funland when it comes to Yorkshire Event Centre from 14th until 24th December.
The Yorkshire Grinch is one of the UK's top impersonator's to the furry green grump played by actor and presenter Ryan Swain.
He’s been described as “one of the most authentic tributes” to Jim Carey’s version of the Dr Seuss Character from the 2000 hit movie The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.
Ryan said:
“I’m so excited to be bringing the character to this magnificent event.
“The Yorkshire Grinch has been inundated this year, the popularity of the character is incredible.
“I’m looking forward to entertaining you everybody at the Harrogate Showground this December, make sure you bring him an onion.”
Santa's Christmas Funland
Santa’s Christmas Funland, which is heading to Harrogate for the first time, is one of the UK’s newest festive events.
It will include a large ice rink, winter adventure golf and thrill rides for all ages, inlcuding Santa’s sleigh rollercoaster.
There’s also set to be a pantomime and a meet and greet with Santa himself.
Tickets for the event include three of hours of unlimited festive fun, as well as a meet and greet with the Yorkshire Grinch including photograph opportunities, games and impressions.
