Police have found a number of discarded items from the vehicle which made off from officers through Killinghall yesterday.
Police discover discarded drugs after high speed pursuit through Killinghall Police have discovered drugs they believe were discarded from a car chased through Killinghall yesterday (Wednesday). A high-speed pursuit took place at around 1:45pm as officers chased a VW Golf on the A61 at Ripley. The vehicle made off at speed and it was pursued through the villages of Bedlam, Bishop Thornton and Shaw Mills before it eventually came to a stop on a country lane in Markington. And officers have revealed they have since discovered class A drugs discarded at the side of the road. [caption id="attachment_104624" align="aligncenter" width="1024"] A police dog was involved in the search.[/caption] A 17-year-old boy, an 18-year-old man and a 20-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving, failing to stop for the police and possession with intent to supply a class A drug.
