Police are looking for a key witness that was knocked over by a thief at Marks and Spencer in Harrogate.
Police appeal for key witness knocked over by M&S thief Police are appealing for help to locate a key witness following a theft at Marks and Spencer in Harrogate. The theft occurred at the supermarket on Beech Avenue Business Park at around 12:20pm on 23rd February. Whilst making their escape, the suspect knocked an innocent member of the public to the ground as he ran out of the door. Staff have helped the customer who then carried on doing his shopping. A police spokesperson said:
“We would like to speak with the man who was knocked to the ground and other members of the public who kindly assisted him. “Please contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 4, and speak to the Force Control Room quoting reference 12240033392. “If you wish to remain anonymous, you can pass information to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.”Read more local stories from Your Harrogate here.
