A stunning new patisserie opened on Cold Bath Road in Harrogate last weekend.
Pudding Lab, owned by Ashley Close and Kian Lian, is billed as a “British version of a French pâtisserie.”
It’s the second opened by the pair following the success of their Boston Spa shop, which launched three years ago.
Pudding Lab offers unique patisserie creations including handmade cakes, gateaux, macarons and afternoon teas. Savoury lunch options are also available, alongside Northstar coffee and organic teas.
Taking to social media following the shop's launch on Friday, Ashley and Kian said:
“What a weekend! Our new Pudding Lab is up and running and we can't thank everyone enough who have been in to sample our tasty patisserie!
“Everyday so far has been a sell out and we feel truly blessed by all the support and well wishes we have received.”

Visitors may recognise owners Ashley and Kian from their appearance on Channel 4 hit ‘Bake Off: The Professionals.”
They added:
“If you've not managed to stop by yet don't worry we will be open again at 8am tomorrow morning with all your patisserie and coffee needs.”
Pudding Lab is open seven days per week on Cold Bath Road, from 8am until 4pm.
