Police have launched an appeal to locate a wanted man who could be in the local area.
26-year-old Ethan Anderson is wanted on recall to prison for breaching the conditions of his licence.
Officers believe Anderson may be in the Minskip or Boroughbridge areas. He also has links to Ripon, Knaresborough and Skipton.
A police spokesperson said:
"Extensive enquiries have been carried out to locate him, and as part of our enquiries, we are now appealing for the public's help to find him."
They added:
"If you see or have information as to his current whereabouts, please call North Yorkshire Police on 101.
"Alternatively, you can pass on information anonymously through independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or via their website."
