A Harrogate town centre Thai restaurant has been listed for sale for £119,950.

Business agent Ernest Wilson is advertising the leasehold restaurant and bar on Cheltenham Crescent.

The location, photographs and description of the premises indicate that the business is Phranakhon Thai Tapas, which operates from 33 Cheltenham Crescent.

The two-floor restaurant is described as being “immaculately presented throughout” and occupying a prominent trading position in the town.

Its ground floor includes a bar, restaurant seating for 30 customers and a fully equipped kitchen.

A further dining area on the first floor can accommodate another 24 people, alongside toilets and a storeroom.

A spokesperson for Ernest Wilson said:

"Our clients have a number of other business interests meaning that this site is run entirely by staff.

"[It's a] wonderful potential for an enthusiastic owner operator to take the helm here and build on the solid foundations."

According to the sale particulars, the restaurant has a weekly turnover of £9,000 and is currently operated entirely by staff.

The owners are said to have several other business interests, with Ernest Wilson suggesting there is potential for an owner-operator to take over and develop the venue further.

Phranakhon Thai Tapas serves a selection of small Thai dishes designed for sharing and also has restaurants in York and Newcastle.
