The full live music lineup has been revealed for the Harrogate Food and Drink Festival ahead of its fifth anniversary event on The Stray.
Festival-goers can anticipate a vibrant range of performances on 28th and 29th June, from rock bands and choirs, to soloists and acclaimed tribute acts.
The Live Music Stage is featured among several other cornerstone attractions, setting the stage for a memorable weekend packed with live entertainment and various family attractions.
Festival Director Michael Johnston said:
“We want to commemorate our fifth anniversary with a lineup that pays testament to years of incredible support. We’ve got a fantastic variety of performers joining us this year, and plenty of exciting new acts.
“Aside to the live music, we definitely have one or two unannounced surprises up our sleeve.”
Saturday 28th June
Headlining Saturday evening are ‘The Fab4’, one of the UK’s most celebrated tributes to the legacy of The Beatles.
In their 35 years together, The Fab Four have achieved performances at numerous iconic venues, including the Paul McCartney Auditorium at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts and the BBC’s “Music Live” celebrations at the Albert Hall.
Afternoon performances include the likes of Leeds Project Big Band and their brass instrumentals, the acoustics of John Scoble and Friends, creative covers from Broken Flowers, and The Night Time Serenaders with their energising melodies.

Sunday 29th June
Taking centre stage Sunday evening is ‘Absolutely Elton’, tribute to the illustrious career of Elton John.
Having played theatres, festivals, and clubs both nationally and globally for over 30 years, Absolutely Elton offers an immersive musical experience for festival-goers and music-lovers alike.
Sunday afternoon also features the communal harmonies of White Rose Concert Band, enigmatic covers from Leeds City Stompers, acoustic duo Marti & Ritch, and Danny Charles Band with unique renditions of all-time favourites.
Both evenings of the event conclude with a vibrant set of Live Ibiza Sax.

Further Attractions
Returning is the renowned Street Food Arena, set to host its largest display of independent vendors yet. Across the weekend, guests can indulge in a variety of world flavours and cultural delicacies from some of the region’s top traders.
Complementing the Street Food Arena are rows of independent bars, set alongside a Full Ale House offering draught lagers and IPAs.
Attendees can further explore various artisan marketplaces, host to an abundance of local businesses and independent stalls.
Families and friends of all ages can enjoy a plethora of live entertainment options and activities.
In partnership with Yorkshire Food Guide, guests can unravel culinary secrets in the Live Cookery Theatre with demonstrations from some of Yorkshire’s top experts. Alternatively, the Live Entertainers Stage hosts family magic, circus workshops, and performing arts across the afternoon.

Other attractions include Roaming Comedy & Interactive Performers, Free Kids Activities, a Fun Fair, Inflatable Land, a Mobile Educational Farm, and other unannounced surprises.
Harrogate Mind will once again be partnering with the event, hoping to build on the £127,000 collectively raised for mental health initiatives so far.
