The locations have been revealed for Harrogate BID's spooky monster-themed interactive trail, taking place in the town centre this half term.
The trail will aim to increase footfall and spend during the half-term, and also provide a family-fun activity that supports the business community.
There will be 10 locations in total, displaying window stickers, from Saturday 25th October driving participants through different areas of the town and will remain in place until Saturday 1st November.
The locations are: Jespers of Harrogate, Oliver Bonas, Harrogate Town AFC Store, Revolucion De Cuba, Tap on Tower Street, Mercer Art Gallery, Althams Travel, Karma Co Vintage, Grace & Morris and recently opened, HempWell, who will be offering a tasters to all trail participants. The trail will start and finish at The Crown Hotel.
Bethany Allen, Operations Manager at Harrogate BID said:
“We are really excited to bring this Halloween fun to the town for half-term, it is a great free activity for families to take part in.”
“I would like to say thank you to our sponsors, The Crown Hotel. Crown Place will be turned into a Halloween haven, so make sure to share your pictures.
“There will also be free Halloween crafts and games to take part in at The Place within the hotel, keeping families entertained after completing the trail.
“We will also have our spooky street entertainers in town on Friday 31st October and Saturday 1st November, keep a look out for their tricks and treats!”
The Crown Hotel will be home to a Halloween themed pop-up activation with photo opportunities, games, crafts and Halloween refreshments for all the family to enjoy all throughout half-term.
Trail maps can be collected from The Crown Hotel or downloaded from the BID website. Each location will have a QR code which must be scanned to spell out and complete the secret pass phrase.
The trail sheets can then be returned to The Crown Hotel where participants can redeem their prize.
