Ten locations around Harrogate are set to be part of a haunting Halloween trail coming to the town for the first time this year.
Harrogate BID has revealed the full list of local businesses taking part in the trail, which will feature collecting a series of letters to spell a Halloween-themed word to gain access to a pop-up pumpkin patch.
The locations included along the route, which will run from October 25th until November 5th, are Caffe Marconi, Piglet in Bed, Toyland, Crema Café, the Harrogate Town store, Tap on Tower Street, Turkish Baths, Dizzy Duck, Lush and Everyman.
Bethany Allen, Operations and Projects Executive at Harrogate BID, said:
“This is the first time we’ve hosted a ghostly trail around the town centre, so we can’t wait to see you all taking part!
“It’s set to be fun for all the family, so head into town across the week to get involved!
“Make sure you complete the full trail to gain access to the pop-up patch to collect your pumpkin, or to be in with a chance of winning a top prize…
“A big thank you to all of the businesses taking part and supporting the trail, we really appreciate it.”
The pumpkin patch will bring a traditional feel into Harrogate town centre, transforming Library Gardens into a Halloween haven over October 29th and 30th – featuring plenty of pumpkins, straw furrows, picket fencing and decorative hay bales.
Spooky street entertainment will also take over the town centre streets on Saturday 26th October.
The completed trail sheets must be handed into the dedicated post box at the Everyman Cinema on Station Parade to be entered into a competition to be in with a chance of winning a family ticket for the Harrogate Ghost Walk.
But, on the days of the pumpkin patch, they must be handed in to the BID team in order to access the site.
A limited number of pumpkins will be available on a first come first served basis each day. If you have any questions, please email the Harrogate BID team on info@harrogatebid.co.uk
