Lightwater Valley Family Adventure Park has confirmed it will reopen to visitors for a new season on Saturday 28th March.
The attraction near Ripon announced the date on its official channels as preparations continue for the new season, which is expected to include additional rides and attractions.
The reopening follows a change in ownership earlier this year, with the park now operated by the Mellors Group.
The company has previously confirmed it plans to invest in new rides and attractions at Lightwater Valley, although specific details have not yet been announced.
James Mellors, Director at Mellors Group, said:
“We’re really trying to bring back the age range from 12 and under, which we’re targeting at the moment, to the full family.
“We want it to be exactly what it is, Lightwater Valley Family Adventure Park.
“We’re really excited for this year and the next few years to come.”
Lightwater Valley has undergone significant changes in recent years, shifting its focus towards family-friendly experiences while continuing to develop its long-term offering.
Further information about new attractions ahead of the 2026 season are expected in due course.
