Could you help support this year’s Knaresborough Bed Race?
The iconic event returns to the streets of Knaresborough on Saturday 14th June.
Teams will parade their beds through Knaresborough before tackling a gruelling 2.4-mile course.
And ahead of the event, organisers Knaresborough Lions have launched an appeal for volunteers to help with marshalling and timing of the race.

All volunteers will get full training and support and will be needed from 10am until 5pm.
A spokesperson for Knaresborough Together said:
“The Knaresborough Lions run the annual bed race every year and we rely on the support from volunteers to enable this to happen.
“We have a dedicated group of volunteers who help run the event but we are looking for more helping hands.
“The race is a great family day out that supports groups to fundraise for their chosen charity.”
