An Italian restaurant in Harrogate town centre has been named among the best in the UK.
Vivdo Bar & Restaurant has been named in the top 100 restaurants for 2024 by experts at online reservation service OpenTable.
The list has been created based on more than 900,000 diner reviews, as well as other factors including reservation demand and percentage of 5-star ratings.
Laure Bornet, vice president of international growth at OpenTable said:
“Our Top 100 Restaurant list highlights a breadth of diner favourites in the UK.
“Whether Brits are looking for a spontaneous midweek meal or festive feast, we hope diners use the list as a source of inspiration for local spots and their UK travels, this year and next.”
Italian favourite Vivido, which is located on Cheltenham Crescent, underwent a change of ownership in March 2019.
OpenTable’s profile for Vivido reads:
“Vivido is a truly Independent, family-run business and we have been here just over 4 years. We are excited to show everyone our ongoing improvements.
“We are still serving authentic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. We pride ourselves on using fresh local produce, as we know this will result in the highest quality dishes for our customers.”
Also included on the list of 100 was Bettys Café Tea Rooms on Parliament Street.
