Harrogate's Myrings Estate Agents has won three Yorkshire gold awards as part of a six-award haul for customer service.
The agency was recognised at the ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2026, hosted by TV property presenter Phil Spencer at Grosvenor House in London.
Myrings received gold for Best Estate Agent Yorkshire and Best Letting Agent Yorkshire in both the landlord and tenant categories.
It also won Best in County, Best FIA Agent for the fourth consecutive year and bronze for Best UK Letting Agent.

The awards recognise estate and letting agents based on feedback from customers who have completed their moving experience.
This year’s results were calculated from more than 300,000 customer review ratings.
Gemma Myring, Managing Director of Myrings, said:
“We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised in this year’s ESTAS. It means so much to us as we know it’s our customers who have judged our performance.
“We take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice. We have always been very proud of the personal service and this proves we are delivering what we promise.”
The 23rd annual awards ceremony, sponsored by Reapit and PayProp, brought together 1,100 property professionals.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted the awards since their inception in 2003, said:
“ESTAS Awards are so unique. There are no judging panels, no polished submissions, no mystery shops.
"Just real people, giving real feedback, at the end of real transactions.”
Agents were recognised at county and regional level, with national Grand Prix awards also presented for the best single agent offices in sales and lettings.
Simon Brown, Founder of The ESTAS, said:
“In a world increasingly obsessed with artificial intelligence and algorithms, it’s easy to forget that the property industry is, and always will be, a people business.
“Technology may help us streamline processes, crunch data, and even predict the market, but it can’t replace empathy, trust, or the human touch that defines our profession which is what The ESTAS Awards are all about.”
Neil Cobbold, Commercial Director at Reapit, said:
“The ESTAS celebrate the agents who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer experiences that build lasting trust.
“Reapit, and its automated client accounting platform PayProp, are proud to support an award scheme and industry that recognises the great service that creates customers for life. Congratulations to all the winners.”
