An award-winning Harrogate hair salon is celebrating 15 years in business, marking the milestone with a look back at the people, stories and achievements behind its success.
Joseph Ferraro Hair, based on Leeds Road, is celebrating 15 years since opening its doors in Harrogate.
To mark the anniversary, the team will be sharing stories and memories from across the salon’s journey over the coming weeks, as well as celebrating the people who have helped make the business what it is today.
The salon has built a strong reputation and a number of awards and accolades to its name.
Founder Joseph Ferraro was named North Eastern Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards in 2016, while the salon has also been recognised for the work of its wider team.
In 2023, Joseph Ferraro Hair was named Best Salon Team in Yorkshire at the Salon Awards, while Joseph also won the Hair Magazine Hair Awards’ Curl Specialist title.
The team has also worked at major fashion events including London, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks, alongside working with well-known names across the fashion and beauty industries.
Joseph has also worked on ITV’s X Factor and has served as UK Ambassador for Authentic Beauty Concept.
The salon’s 15th anniversary celebrations will now put the spotlight on the people behind its journey.
The team said:
