Harrogate crash leaves pedestrian in hospital

Police have launched an appeal.

Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a crash involving a pedestrian in Harrogate.

It happened at around 1.30pm on Wednesday (22nd October) on the Queens Road junction with Cold Bath Road.

A white Fiat Doblo collided with a pedestrian, a man in his 50s, as he was crossing Queens Road. 

He sustained injuries to his arms and head and was taken to hospital for treatment.

A police spokesperson said:

“Please contact Michael.McVay@northyorkshire.police.uk if you have any information or footage that could help our investigation, or call us on 101 and ask for Michael McVay.”
