Police are appealing for information after an elderly woman was hit by a car near Starbucks in Harrogate.
It happened at around 12:15pm on Thursday (20th March) on Wetherby Road at the junction with the Starbucks carpark.
The 74-year-old woman was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries.
The driver of the vehicle involved has been interviewed under caution.
A police spokesperson said:
“We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision and to any motorists who were in the are and may have captured the collision on dashcam to contact us.
