Cosy carol service returns to Rudding Park in aid of Saint Michael's Hospice A cosy carol service and dinner is set to be held at Rudding Park next month in aid of St Michael’s Hospice. The luxury Harrogate hotel will be the setting for the event on Monday 11th December. The intimate carol service, starting at 7pm, will be led by Matthew Evans from Christ Church with the choir of St Peter’s Church providing the music and Christmas readings from special guests. This will be followed by a three-course dinner. The annual event, which will be hosted by Your Harrogate’s Nick Hancock, is an annual collaboration between Rudding Park and St Michael’s Hospice. A spokesperson for St Michael’s said:
“The hospice’s aim has always stayed constant - to support local families in any way we can and ensure that all our patients spend their last days in comfort and dignity. “All of the money raised at this event will be invested in providing care for patients at the hospice, through hospice at home or via our wellbeing services for patients.”A raffle will also be held on the night with over 100 prizes donated by local supporters. Tickets are charged at £65 and are available here. Read more local stories from Your Harrogate here.
