Artisan markets return to Knaresborough and Harrogate this weekend

Little Bird's artisan markets are back this weekend.

Little Bird Made will bring its artisan markets back to Knaresborough and Harrogate this weekend.

The first market will take place in the grounds of Knaresborough Castle on Saturday 5th September, followed by a second event in Harrogate’s Valley Gardens on Sunday 6th September.

Both will run from 10am until 3pm and entry is free.

Visitors will be able to browse products from independent makers, craftspeople and regional food producers.

Stalls will include seasonal fashion and accessories, organic skincare, handcrafted home fragrances, homeware, artwork, photography and street food.

Jackie Crozier, Managing Director of Little Bird Made, said:

“We are heading into the vibrant autumn trading season and couldn’t be more excited to spend our first weekend of September in Knaresborough and Harrogate.

“Both Knaresborough Castle and Harrogate Valley Gardens offer breathtaking backdrops for our markets.

“It’s a wonderful opportunity for visitors to support talented local artisans, enjoy the seasonal changes and discover unique handmade treasures you simply won’t find on the high street.”

Janine Calvert, owner of Beau Pens, said:

“Knaresborough Artisan Market is our favourite place to be, with beautiful views and fantastic fellow artisan traders.

“We love trading in our pop-up gazebo shop with the fabulous Little Bird Made.

“Everything about this North Yorkshire destination is absolutely stunning, from the castle to the views over the River Nidd and the viaduct. We can’t wait to welcome you all this Saturday.”

Both markets are family and dog-friendly.
