Organisers of the annual Great Knaresborough Bed Race have revealed the theme for next year’s event.
The Great Knaresborough Bed Race is a mighty pageant of decorated beds, passengers and runners.
Participants parade their beds through the town before taking on a gruelling course of 2.4 miles.
And next the theme of next year’s event, organised by Knaresborough Lions, will be ‘TV adverts.’
Bed Race chairman Jit Kals said:
“We decided this time on a theme of TV adverts.
“Love them or loathe them, there is a huge variety to choose from across the years, so we are sure that our teams will once again provide us with some fantastic colour and entries for the parade.”
Entries open on 1st January 2025 and a form will be available at www.bedrace.co.uk for online entry and payment.
Prices remain the same as 2024, at £240 for an adult bed and £100 for a junior bed.
