Rudy's Pizza Napoletana has confirmed it will open its new Harrogate restaurant this April.
Rudy’s has announced it is bringing its authentic Neapolitan pizzas, fan-favourite dips and desserts to John Street in Harrogate.
Adding to sites in Leeds, York, Sheffield and Manchester, the new Harrogate restaurant will celebrate its launch by offering pizza fans who sign up online the chance to claim one of 3,000 free pizzas once the restaurant opens.
The pizzeria will take over the former Banyan Bar & Kitchen site, with plans to transform the space into a 2,800 square-foot restaurant with around 120 covers inside and a further 35 outside.

Alongside its pizzas, the restaurant will offer Italian spritzes, Italian and local lagers and classic stirred cocktails.
Commenting on the new opening, Neal Bates of Rudy’s Pizza, said:
“From speculation in the press to excited comments across social media, the Harrogate community’s enthusiasm to welcome Rudy’s to the neighbourhood has been fantastic.
“We’re pleased to now be able to confirm our opening as we prepare to welcome current Rudy’s lovers and soon-to-be fans to our new pizzeria.
“Harrogate is renowned for its brilliant food and drink scene, vibrant visitors and unique culture, spanning everything from music to crime writing festivals, which Rudy's is very excited to be part of.
“With 3,000 pizzas available to claim on us, we’re delighted to open with a bang and be offering a true authentic Neapolitan experience right here in Harrogate.”
Rudy’s Harrogate will create 20 new roles, including highly-skilled pizzaiolo positions, with training provided at the brand’s in-house academy.
The company is recruiting across a range of roles, with a particular focus on experienced supervisors and assistant managers.
Recruitment days for full and part-time positions are set to take place closer to the opening date, with applications now open online.
Since launching in 2015, Rudy’s has grown from a single site in Manchester to 36 pizzerias nationwide.
