Harrogate's new creative lighting showcased its ability to adapt last weekend as a mark of respect for Remembrance Day.
Organised by Harrogate BID, lighting around the town was changed to a red colour in line with the poppy to highlight the period of remembrance.
The series of bulbs are located in the trees around the Cenotaph and on outdoor ceiling lighting along Beulah Street.
The new creative lighting allows the BID to highlight key periods of celebration and remembrance across the year with different patterns and colours, as well as offering a year-round visual spectacle for visitors, residents and local businesses.
The BID’s public realm and street dressing campaigns are aimed at promoting Harrogate’s unique welcome, creating a vibrant town centre through targeted campaigns and impressive installations in line with the organisation’s objectives and overall Business Plan.
